Shipping Time: For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3- 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Return & exchange

If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can Exchange the product to us within 5 days from the delivery date, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition, i.e., all tags and the original

All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received by our team and have cleared the quality check.

The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
