✅ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • Final Sale or discounted items may not be eligible

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered footwear

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • International orders (outside the USA)

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@vooliostore.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Our team will approve and send you the return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or wrong.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
